These terms apply, in addition to the Terms of Use and the Community and listing guidelines, to companies and farmers who sell on RABL.
1. Who these terms apply to
Any organization approved to sell products on RABL, and any farmer approved to offer crops from their farms. The person who submits the application confirms they may act for the seller.
2. Eligibility
- Companies: a valid Commercial Registration, recorded in the company profile before applying.
- Farmers: a RABL account with at least one farm.
- Any registration or licence the law requires for what you sell.
3. Your application
Your application, its documents and your company details must be true and current. RABL reviews them and may ask for more information, approve or reject the application. Tell RABL when your details change.
4. Crop-protection products
To sell crop-protection products (pesticides) you must hold the licence required by MEWA and SFDA, and upload it with your application. Each such product needs its registration number and active ingredient, on creation and on every change. RABL may remove a product that is not registered, is expired or is not labelled as required.
5. Listings and stock
You are responsible for your listings: accuracy, photos, prices, stock at each of your locations, product quality, safety, labelling and legality. Listings and their edits are published only after RABL's review.
6. Orders
Every order is confirmed when the buyer checks out; there is no acceptance step. Prepare it for pickup at the chosen location or for delivery, record the handover in RABL, and cancel only with a real reason that the buyer can read.
7. Payment and invoices
RABL does not collect payments for sellers. You collect payment directly from the buyer and issue invoices and tax documents as the law requires. Bank details you add are optional; RABL processes no payouts today.
8. Buyers' data
Use a buyer's name, phone number and address only to fulfil their order or answer their inquiry. Do not use it for marketing, share it or keep it longer than needed.
9. Inquiries
Answer inquiries honestly and respectfully. You can block a person who sends abusive inquiries; they then cannot send you new ones.
10. Fees
[Seller fees and commission]
11. Moderation and suspension
RABL may reject or remove listings, cancel offers, and suspend or end selling when these terms, the guidelines or the law are broken, or after valid reports. A suspended seller keeps read-only access to its store.
12. Ending selling
You can stop selling by unpublishing your products, or close your account (Delete your account). Orders already placed remain to be fulfilled or cancelled, and order records are kept as the Privacy Policy describes.
