These terms apply when you use the RABL website or mobile apps. By creating an account or using RABL you accept them. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Community and listing guidelines.
1. About RABL
RABL is an agricultural marketplace and farming platform operated by [Company legal name] (Commercial Registration [CR number]), [Registered address]. It connects buyers with agricultural companies and farmers, and offers farming tools such as farms, plantings, an agricultural calendar, guidance and plant diagnosis.
2. RABL is an intermediary, not the seller
Products and crops on RABL are sold by independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for its listings, products, prices, stock, quality, legality, delivery or pickup, and invoicing. RABL provides the platform, reviews listings before they are published, and acts on reports, but it is not a party to the sale between you and the seller.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your Saudi mobile number, or with your email and password.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your phone and password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. A company account is created by registering the company; its members act for the company.
4. Buying on RABL
- Prices, stock and availability come from the seller and can change.
- An order is confirmed when you check out; the seller then prepares it for pickup or delivery.
- An order can be cancelled only while the order allows it; the seller may cancel with a reason you can read.
- Coupons and reward points apply only when RABL offers them and only under their stated conditions.
5. Payment
RABL does not process payments. You pay the seller directly, as arranged with the seller (for example on pickup or delivery). Any refund, return or exchange is between you and the seller.
6. Your content
You are responsible for what you post: listings, photos, inquiries, reports and other content. You must own it or have the right to share it. You allow RABL to host, display and adapt it (for example resize photos) to run the service. RABL may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms or the guidelines.
7. What is not allowed
- Illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or unregistered products, and anything the Community and listing guidelines ban.
- Misleading, offensive, hateful or harassing content.
- Fraud, spam, impersonation, or collecting other people's data.
- Interfering with the platform, its security or other users' accounts.
8. Reporting and blocking
In the RABL app you can report a product, store, crop listing or seller from its page. RABL reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. You can also block a seller: its products and store are hidden from you and you can no longer send it inquiries. Sellers can block people who send them abusive inquiries.
9. Sellers
Selling on RABL requires an approved seller application and acceptance of the Seller terms. Sellers of crop-protection products (pesticides) must hold the registrations and licences required by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA); RABL requires the product's registration number and active ingredient, and the seller's licence, before such products are approved.
10. Agricultural consultants
When consultants are listed, they are independent. Contacting one opens WhatsApp or your phone app; RABL is not a party to that conversation or to any advice given.
11. Plant diagnosis (AI)
Plant diagnosis gives automated, indicative results from a photo. It can be wrong. It is not professional agricultural advice and never replaces an expert, the product label or official instructions. Do not use it to decide pesticide doses. Results marked as a demo are samples, not a real analysis. You can tell us when a result is wrong from the result screen.
12. Liability
RABL is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, RABL is not responsible for the products, conduct or statements of sellers, buyers or consultants, or for losses caused by relying on listings or diagnosis results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Disputes
A problem with an order should first be raised with the seller. If it is not resolved, contact Support: RABL may help, review the order record and act against a seller that breaks these terms, but it does not decide the dispute between you and the seller.
14. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time (Delete your account). RABL may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, the guidelines or the law, or on the account holder's request.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the new effective date on this page and announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use RABL after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to [Governing law/courts].
